I had a great experience at Apple Valley Apple Ford. The sales person I worked with, Rob LeRoy, was excellent. He answered all of my questions, let me test drive what I wanted, and did not push things he knew I would not want e.g. warranties. His great service continued even after I completed my purchase as I had some additional questions I hadn’t thought of during the purchase. I highly recommend Rob and Apple Ford.

Working with Tommy on purchasing a new 2026 F-150 was a great experience. He did a great job telling me details on each vehicle while comparing different packages between them.Tommy also did a great job getting other people involved with the custom side of their shop when I asked to have numerous upgrades added before picking up the truck. All in all, Tommy, and everyone else who I interacted with, were very friendly and professional.
Andrew helped so much from beginning to end. He went to another location to retrieve a car I wanted to see and was super helpful the entire time. All the staff including the finance team was super awesome and the process was smooth and painless!
