Working with Apple Ford Apple Valley is always a pleasurable experience. My recent purchase of a brand new 2026 Ford Expedition Platinum comes 10 years after puchasing a brand new 2016 Ford Expedition Platinum from the same dealership AND same salesperson, Mark Halverson. Mark is extremely personable, informative, sensitive, and accommodating. Mark and sales manager, Brian Mahan, facilitated the acquisition of the exact vehicle I wanted. Once that was accomplished, I worked with the finance manager, Nathan Bleeker, who provided thorough and careful guidance throughout. He found a local credit union offering a slightly better APR than the pre-approved rate quoted by my lending institution. The aftermarket accessories company, Cryptic Customs, guided me through the installation of Skip Chips protective film as well as ordering & installing mud flaps. They, too, were very easy to work with. The entire staff at Apple Ford Apple Valley, from the receptionists to sales to service to financing have always been friendly, welcoming, and a true pleasure to partner with. I will continue this relationship by having new Expedition serviced there and, perhaps, purchasing yet another Expedition 10 years from now.

Apple valley Ford saved our vacation. We were traveling from Connecticut through Minnesota hauling a camper when our truck experienced major engine problems. Thanks to Eric Ackerman and the Ford service team, Eric reassured us not to worry and they would take care of us. Did I also mention it was the last day of our extended warranty? I don't know how we were so lucky to end up at Apple valley Ford and be taken care of and back on the road with little hassle and reduced stress. We will be forever grateful. Our truck is running better than it ever has.

Mark Halverson always does a great job setting the right expectations for my visit. I purchased my previous vehicle from him in 2023 and was so happy to lease my 2026 Explorer from him in this year.
