Apple Ford Apple Valley always puts customers first!
Don’t take our word for it: Read our reviews and see what everyone is saying.
Just wanted to say thanks for an awesome experience at AV Ford! I worked with Carter Robinson and he did an excellent job finding me the perfect car and making the transition super smooth and easy! Everything was on time and ready to go! He showed me all the details of the car inside and out, and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend him if you’re looking for a car !
I purchased a brand-new 2024 Ford Bronco Sport from Apple Ford Apple Valley on 8/1/2024. During the purchase, the sales consultant identified an irregular noise and assured me it would be resolved. Since then, the vehicle has been in the shop for 6 service visits totaling 63 business days, and it now has more issues than when I first brought it in. Most recently, I was informed of a welding issue near the driver-side B pillar—the location of the original noise. After being sent to Apple Collision and Glass by the service center, a new issue arose: a metal-on-metal noise from the trunk area. Additionally, my vehicle’s interior now has scratches and a white stain from rattle foam use, caused during their service. I initiated a buyback request with the Ford Passenger Vehicle Team. However, Apple Ford Apple Valley inaccurately reported to them that the vehicle was only in for 2 service visits and less than 30 days, contradicting my documented experience. I have since sent my records to the Ford Passenger Vehicle Team for further review.
From start to finish there was nothing but mistakes with my purchase of a 2024 F150. Vehicle was never order right when I only got a few options, wrong interior, lack of communication, after it showed up was guaranteed everything was good. Took delivery since I waited almost 9 months. Truck was barely cleaned, due to temperature outside I understand why the outside may not be the best but the inside was full of dust from sitting in the storage lot, only driver side of windshield was cleaned, within the first street leaving the steering wheel is clearly off to the left. There are multiple panel fitment issues and paint issues. Mudflaps were never installed and I now have to do that myself along with doing all the other options that weren’t installed as well as detailing the truck. Overall worst car buying experience I have ever had
Found that it was very deceptive in there selling. Bought a used MKX and extented warranty (stupid of me), and 2 years in the engine blew. I feel Apple Valley Ford new this prior and when I called to tell them, this was their response. "We can sell you another." Are you kidding me 2 years I had and that was the response. I spent 10K on new engine, in that I could not sell otherwise. Very poor service and never ever going to go to this shop again. Yes I will tell all that ask where I bought it and the outcome of the service there!
David Stoltz and Corey Eden went above and beyond to make this purchase seamless! The truck was ready to go and the paperwork was sent to us before we even came in! Thank you Apple Valley Ford for everything!
I'm happy with my purchase ford explorer Rob explained any questions I had I was happy dealing with him.
Awesome Dealership, I highly recommend Apple Valley Ford this is my 5th new vehicle purchase from this dealership, Great people to work with. Joe Murphy should get a raise he did so good.
Great buying experience from the point of contact with our sales representative, Mark Halverson, to the moment we left the dealership with our new Ford Explorer…cappuccinos are an added bonus as well! 5⭐️’s!!
We are disappointed. On the test drive, the engine had a distinct misfire. We figured it was an easy fix. If not, they would honor their warranty. We discovered it needed an engine rebuild or another engine. That would cost us more than we paid for the car. They refused to take the car back. They claim that they have a 7-day warranty, but they don't always honor it.
If I could give zero stars for this dealership, I would. Long story short, they convinced us to sign for a car that they assured us could tow 5,000 and then my wife did some digging and found out it could only tow 3,000. Getting a new car with a higher towing capacity than 3,500 was the only reason we were getting a new car in the first place. So we had to cancel the funds for that car and begin looking for another option for our family. They immediately had another car we could buy that was in our price range and what we were looking for so we went for it. One month later the car is making noise when making turns and it was still under the 90 day 3,000 mile blue certified warranty so by the time we get the car in we’ve had it 2.5 months and the right headlight is now no longer working as well. Once they get the car they proceed to tell us all 4 brakes and rotors on the car needs to be replaced and so does the headlight and the electrical pigtail. Which the total cost for all of this is $5,044. Had they actually done the 139 point inspection they claimed they did they would have found these most basic of things. They proceed to tell us they won’t cover anything and to have a good day. We finally had to argue with the sales manager and he agreed to make us pay only $1,300 for the headlight instead of $4,000 (which I still can’t afford) and won’t touch the breaks because that’s normal wear and tear. Which over 2.5 months it’s impossible to go through 4 breaks. I will never go back to this dealership and I will make sure everyone I talk to knows how awful of an experience this was.
Apple Auto was great to work with they know the vehicle and packages they had better prices than most and the sales people where easy to work with and did not try and put me in something I did not want I will be back for my next vehicle Lance
Ryan , did a excellent job of working out the details on the Maverick. This is my family’s 20 th Ford in the last25 years . It’s great working with Valley Ford .
Great buying experience and our sales person Meghan was outstanding. Dealership was very clean and had refreshments while we waited.
Starting off, the sale of the vehicle was very smooth. I bought a 2020 Explorer and traded in my 2015 Explorer. Everything worked well for the first month then I started having issues with the car dying and failing to start. Brought vehicle in 3 times and they couldn't find anything wrong. I was out of town when SUV started but 8 lost power steering and other features. I tried to shut engine off but it wouldn't shut off. I had it towed into the dealership since they have worked on it in the past. They diagnosed a bad battery, battery was only 2 years old! I told them it wasn't the battery and they argued that it was. I asked to keep the battery and the mechanic put my old battery on my leather seat! My whole tailgate was empty! I took the battery to O'Reilly's and auto zone, they both tested it good and dealership kept saying it was bad. 2 months later, I was driving through a carwash and the system malfunctioned again! I had no control over my horn, lights, power steering. It took me 2 minutes to figure out that I was missing my fuse box cover! The fuses were all corroded and full of debris. I called the dealer and they were going to charge me $400-600 for a replacement if the fuse box. I've already paid for a new battery that I didn't need. And I was very disappointed they wouldn't work with me on it. I called the service advisor, leaf a message and have not heard back. I called the GM and he has not replied either. I got a fuse box and replaced it my self. Took me 20 min. Fuse box was $359 plus the cover. I'm very disappointed and won't take my vehicle there again. Till this day.... The old battery has worked in my GF car without a single issue. For a dealership, you'd think the mechanics would look over everything but apparently they just read what their computer tells them.
Recently I was in a bind and really needed assistance with limited time to resolve. Toby Hewitt knocked it out of the park! He problem solved and executed a solution with time to spare. He could have easily found excuses but instead he delivered solutions!! The complexity and timing of this service was superb!
They are courteous, knowledgeable, caring, understanding, helpful and the list good on! We will never buy from anywhere else. Been shopping here for 20 years and always have the best service. Mark Halverson has been our salesman since we first bought from AV Ford. He is amazing at his job and an all around great person.
Apple Ford is professional and customer friendly. I have returned for multiple purchases and service.
I received nothing less than excellent service at Apple Valley Ford. My service advisor Adrien has been my go to for every visit. He communicates well and often and provides solutions that work great for me and makes me feel valued as a customer.
The service department is one of the worst in the metro. No one talks to anyone there or leaves messages. We had a brand new vehicle in the shop for almost a month. When we finally picked it up, the problem of bad sensors happened again. While trying to call to get a hold of someone, I was cut off three times. When I finally spoke to some one I was bounced around like a beachball. I spoke to four different t people and they all asked what was wrong and not a soul said sorry for the inconvenience, all I got was "this should never happen." But, yet it did. So I was told to bring in the vehicle and they would see what the problem was. When we were sent to the service desk to get the keys for our rental, the young man who helped us, who looked like he just returned from recess, asked us how many miles we would put on the car, I said I have no idea, it's up to your crack staff to tell us when it would be fixed. What a goat rodeo, pass the buck service department. No accountability or managers taking the lead. Instead young kids giving you the company line. Great, but I'm not drinking your kool-aid. Horrible service. Just horrible.
Terrible service. They overfilled the oil on our truck cause damage. They would only cover 50% of the labor and the bill was still over $2500. In addition, the service manager had my husband's son call my husband because he works there (not in the service department). The service manager did call the next day. Totally unprofessional!
Very happy with my experience! Isaac did a phenomenal job being patient with me as I contemplated my next vehicle. The ability to take the vehicle home for the weekend was a game changer as it allowed me to actually live with it for a bit! None of the team that salesy or made me feel pressured. I had a few hiccups with my new vehicle after I purchased it and Isaac did a great job continuing to take care of me even after the sale was final. Highly recommend!
Very easy to work with and great customer service!
Very efficient staff was knowledgeable about the product... Very helpful with our questions Was polite and did a excellent job in helping us..
Our needs were met with good service, flexibility, and meeting our payment goals
He was very knowledgeable about exactly what I was looking for in a car and helped me find a great fit very quickly. There was no hassle, and the whole experience went very smoothly. I found a great fit for a very reasonable price.
