Last year I bought a brand new F350. At 4,000 miles the transmission started leaking. I took my truck to Ford Pro Elite at the Lakeville location and they never did a thorough repair service. When I went to Apple Valley Ford and Brandon Hanson the service advisor was very professional, honest and communicative throughout my experience there. He and Sam the transmission technician took the time and energy to find the problem with my truck. I’m very satisfied with the results, my truck is finally fixed after many tries. I 100% recommend this location, especially with Brandon.

I had a rattle in the car that was driving me nuts! Turns out that Apple confirmed the location of the rattle that I heard to be in the sunroof track headliner area. After having service the rattle is gone thanks Apple service.

I was having trouble with my trunk latch which was very problematic, as I carry a wheel chair for my wife. I pulled into AV Ford without an appointment and was treated with courtesy and diligent attention by Service Advisor Brandon Hanson. He, along with two other associates spent about half an hour determining the cause of the problem. Brought my truck in with the door panel completely off and the exterior handle actuator jammed. I was able to speak with Eric, a service advisor, and Paul a tech almost right away. I explained the wind caught the door causing it to slam and the handle to jam and that if they could get it to work I'd reassemble the door panel myself. Apple Ford has been great. We now have a new Ranger XLT and added some extra aftermarket items (tonneau cover, weathertech mats, bed liner, and mud flaps. Everyone is helpful and kind. Tatum was our sales person and she is great.
