They kept me advised of the progress, ordered the parts needed for my brakes failure. This was not a pre-scheduled appointment but got me in even with the Memorial Day holiday. Being from out of town it was a good experience.
Tech came to my house to complete a simple recall. Tech looked at the whole vehicle to give an assessment of what was needed in the near future. No pressure in selling just wanted to make sure that my vehicle was in good condition to have my new driver take the vehicle.

We purchased our Ford Bronco Sport at Apple Ford. Recently it needed a repair due to an issue with the wiring harness. We couldn't have had a better experience with customer service. Eric A. was our service advisor and he was top notch in being thorough, great communication and ensuring that the problem was solved correctly. He went the extra mile to work with our warranty and have the problem part covered. If I could give Apple Ford and Eric more than 5 stars because of this level of customer service, I would!
Good customer. I bought a used truck a year ago. The truck had and has a lot of issues. The vehicle was not gone through very well but the dealer is still working to get it right.
I enjoyed dealing with Joe Murphy at Apple Ford in Apple Valley. Never felt pressured to make a decision or purchase anything I didn’t want. Wasn’t bombarded with calls. Just a pleasant experience buying a car, which seems to be a rare thing these days.

This is our fifth vehicle from these guys and they have taken care of us from start to finish every time. They have always treated us fairly, given us the best prices and made sure our service was taken care of in a prompt and professional fashion. If you are considering buying a new or used vehicle, trading a vehicle in or currently own a Ford and are looking for a new service center these guys would be an amazing choice.

Had an appointment to get my oil changed and tires rotated. Had a 0730 appointment and got there about 0710. Was meet my the service greeter and got in right away. Went and had my coffee and popcorn supplied by the dealership and shortly after 8 I was on my way home. Very quick and easy way to have it done. Loved it!!

Apple Ford did an excellent job selling us our new Ford Explorer. They had a large amount of inventory and great price points. Friendly and helpful staff. Our sales person Trystan Martinez made the experience very enjoyable. He did a great job listening to what we needed in our SUV. Apple has a very nice sales floor and service department.
Apple Valley Ford/Lincoln Quick Lane Service has been terrific for routine service and more. I find it best to schedule service in advance and ask for a day and time that is less busy. This helps to reduce the time the time it takes to complete the service and allows a more thorough evaluation. Since I’m retired, I have more flexibility than most people. I originally scheduled Tire rotation, oil change and filter. They discovered the need to replace the battery, cabin air filter.
Jazzik is amazing to work with. I’ve worked with her twice now and each time has been an absolute pleasure! From making sure everything is taken care of and all questions are answered. I hope if I have any other issues in the future she is the one I get to work with!!

Leased a 2026 AWD Ford Escape-DARK grey from Apple Ford. This is my 4th vehicle through them. Kalei Halverson was my salesperson. She is kind, professional. She and finance took care of me and are down to earth. Very pleased with dealership and salesperson. Now Ford must continue to make the GAS powered Escape!! No one wants these overly priced EVs that go 3 miles and need charging.

I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The three people I dealt with were helpful, willing to find answers to questions the very few times they didn't know something, and definitely not pushy. The sales rep went above and beyond in helping me get set up with my phone and explaining the different buttons on the steering wheel and dashboard. I will definitely go back there next time we need to purchase a vehicle.
Ive always had decent experience until today. Today the first man i interacted with was very rude, went inside and FOX news was blasting on the tv. No thanks. I wont be back.

Sold me a car with 4 warped rotors. Be skeptical of "Blue Certified" . Apparently they don't check the rotors. The bumper to bumper and the blue certified didn't cover new rotor replacement. I now have turned rotors that are very likely to warp again soon.
Bobby in sales and Josh in finance are both so friendly and helpful. I’ve worked with them a couple of times now and have only had good experiences.
Top notch dealership that cares for their customers greatly, I bought from out of state which was a bit of a naturally high stress situation and they helped me through everything to the best of their ability. Something miraculously happened when I received my work van and it blew a code after the sent it to me. Although it was an as is transaction they had me send it to a dealership to remedy the situation and helped me with the bill even though they did not have to.
It was the third vehicle we have purchased from Apple Auto. Very pleasant experience every time.
My first business done at Apple Valley Ford, being new in town. I used the complimentary service where they picked my car up and returned it. I received a video via email with everything that had been looked over and what needed to be done. I approved the work necessary and they had my car back to me later the same day. They charge you an extra 3% for using a credit card to pay your bill. They are the only provider I know of that does that.

Had my 2024 Mustang GT towed to Apple Valley Ford. I feared the worst, but they quickly determined it was NO big deal, just a loose fuse box. Had me in and out, kept in touch. Will be going there for service, tires, pretty much everything. Good people.

Sales person was great, after market custom shop was great. Finance department wants to charge you 3% now for using a credit card for down payment after they just made thousands off you. Plus they only put 1/4 tank of gas in a brand new truck. Sad they don't treat customers better, they want to squeeze every penny of profit.
